The Digital Sisterhood Month’s Fierce Living in Fashion Tweetup was held on December 13, 2011, at Violet Boutique in Adams Morgan, a neighborhood located in Washington, DC. The #DSMonth Tweetup was well attended by beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and travel bloggers, entrepreneurs, and PR professionals. It gave them an opportunity to network, to receive information about breast cancer awareness, to participate in 10 giveaway contests, to shop for holiday gifts, and to learn “fierce living” fashion tips and receive individual style consultations from Monica Barnett, a stylist/owner of Blueprint for Style, fashion writer, and style blogger.  The attendees snacked on delicious hors d’ouevres and sipped wine provided by Violet Boutique. They also participated in 10 giveaway contests sponsored by Shootie Girl and EverywhereClick here to see more event photos.
